Registration is now open for The BikeClicks.com Racer Chicks Weekend Clinic featuring Nicola Cranmer of ProMan Hit Squad

BikeClicks.com and Bluegrass Bicycle present a women's weekend race clinic for all those women out there who have been racing or are ready to line up and give it a try!

Have you've been racing your bike and want to improve, develop your skills, move up the ranks? Ready to start winning? Do you want to develop your women's team? Want to start up a women's squad? Or, have you been riding regularly and feel ready to give racing a try but aren't sure where to start?

If any of this sounds familiar, then join us for this exciting weekend race clinic for all women cyclists - Cat 1 through Cat 4 as well as those who have never rolled to the line of a race but really want to give it a shot.

The weekend is being led by special guest Nicola Cranmer, Director of the ProMan Hit Squad. ProMan is one of the most successful women's racing programs in the country and has developed some of the most impressive junior women and professional racers on the roads today. Among the topics we'll cover: How to Develop a Women's Team - Recruiting Riders, Getting New Women into Racing, Retaining Riders; Race Skills, Tactics and Strategies; Racing in Small Fields - Race Selection, Getting into Racing. We'll work on skills and drills together, we'll do a big group ride in the Kentucky countryside and then on Sunday we'll put it all into practice and race, with Women's Only A,B, and C races. Arrive early to the races for a bonus clinic - the Art of the Pre-Race Warm-Up.
