Course:
30 second start intervals. 2.0 mile up hill climb with rolling
curves. The first and steepest rise is 250 ft over 2600 ft,
the longest climb is a gradual 640 ft over a 9600 ft stretch,
and the third climb is 150 ft over 2400 ft. These measurements
are approximate.

of Louisville and a descent into the rolling hills and forested
park roads to finish.
