A bib number will be assigned to each racer for the entire Spring Classic Series.
This bib # you are to keep and bring with you to each race of the McDonald’s Spring Classic Series races.
If you lose your number, a new number will be reassigned to you for an additional $10.

OVERALL SERIES OMNIUM Prize Payout
(includes all ten (10) McDonald’s Spring Classic Series Races)

Licensed racers only will be considered for the 2009 McDonald’s Spring Classic Series Omnium Prize payouts

$6,000 minimum guaranteed. Pass the word. A lot of this is coming from the dollar per racer, so we need racers!

Racer will be eligible for prize payout if racing in two (2) separate racing categories

This Overall Series Omnium will be based on accumulated points from all ten (10) McDonald’s Spring Classic Series Races

Promoters reserve the right to shorten, modify, cancel, or combine any race or prize list in the event of insufficient entries or bad weather. There must be twice as many racers as there are places paid.

FINAL WEEKEND OF THE RACE SERIES

For the entire final race weekend of the McDonald’s Spring Classic Series races, there will be a total of 4 separate prize cash payouts:

1. McDonald’s Capital City Crit. individual category cash payouts on Saturday, May 16th (see race flyer)

2. Norton Commons Crit. individual category cash payouts on Sunday, May 17th (see race flyer)

3. WEEKEND SERIES (combined two races of McDonald’s Capital City Crit. and Norton Commons Crit.) cash payouts on Sunday, May 17th

4. OVERALL SERIES OMNIUM individual category cash payouts on Sunday, May 17th

• Must be a 2009 licensed rider
• Races will be scored and points posted according to USA Cycling Rule Book Road Points:

20. Omnium

202. In case of a tie on total points, the tie will be broken in favor of the rider who has:
(a) The most first place finishes or, if still tied, the most second place finishes, etc., or if still tied;
(b) The highest placing in the last race, or the race nearest the last race of the omnium in which at least one of the tied riders placed.

WEEKEND SERIES Prize Payout

Combined two races – (1) McDonald's Capital City Criterium (5/16/09) and (2) Norton Commons Criterium (5/17/09)

There will be a guaranteed minimum $1,000 for this WEEKEND SERIES individual category cash prize payout. This is comprised of Louisville McDonald’s contribution ($500), and ($1) a dollar per racer at McDonald’s Capital City Crit. and Norton Commons Crit. If it’s short, Joe Graviss will make up the difference.
