What a race, and the wind. That's an understatement, it was supposed to rain and snow. It didn't but the wind was an issue. This criterium took place in downtown Louisville, near the waterfront park, which started off navy week, in route to next weekend Thunder Over Louisville, and air show, which displays many of the navy planes. There were Navy servicemen everywhere, with a Color Guard salute, and a great turnout of all categories. Ward Zauner is the navyman to thank for this event, as a member of the Papa Johns Racing Team. He made this event a major success.
