Thanks for waiting patiently for the results to the Augusta Classic race, and a huge thanks to everyone who turned up, helped out and/or raced... I hope everyone had a fun time (if you can call Schluersburg hill fun!) and enjoyed the after-race amenities, wine, scenery and prize draw.

Again, I can't thank enough all of our generous sponsors who donated over $5000 worth of prizes in cash and merchandise; MOUNT PLEASANT WINERY, SUBARU, MAPLEWOOD BICYCLE, SUNSET CYCLERY, ALPINE SHOP, BIG SHARK BICYCLES, AVIS OF CLAYTON, NORTHWEST COFFEE, OUTDOOR EXCHANGE and THE ST. LOUIS CYCLONES.

We had a pretty good turnout despite the weather man's predictions of diabolical storms (didn't this happen last year as well at Montelle?!)... 173 racers in all.

A few items of value were left behind at the race... if you are missing anything please give me a call (314 534 7305) or send an email. Also, I have inherited a whole bunch of water bottles... I'll hang onto them for 3 weeks and then probably pitch any that haven't been reclaimed.

* Denotes Missouri medalists (Please note that a minimum field of 4 riders were required to be awarded a MO State Champion jersey... medals were awarded 3 deep for MO registered riders)
