COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The course is located just South of Salem. Neutral start onto Ankeny Hill Rd, left on Wintel, right on Buena Vista, and right on Ankeny Hill to finish one rolling, nine mile lap.

PRIZES:

Prizes will be awarded at the last race of the series through a cumulative points system.

DIRECTIONS TO THE BANANA BELT COURSE:

From I-5 (N or S) take the ANKENY HILL exit (#243) approximately five minutes South of Salem. Registration and parking are located immediately on the East side of I-5 on a frontage road.

REGISTRATION:

Starts at 8:00am, closes 15 minutes before posted start times under the tent at the entrance to the I-5 frontage road.

POINTS SYSTEM:

Points will be accumulated over the three race series for the overall prizes awarded on the last race, Saturday, March 15th.

First (16pts), second (13pts), third (10pts), fourth (8pts), fifth (6pts), sixth (5pts), seventh (4 pts), eighth (3pts), ninth (2pts), tenth (1pt).

Prizes are River City Gift Certificates.

PRO/1/2 ONLY:

Hot spot points will be won by the most aggressive riders on the end of laps 2 and 4 of the first race; laps 2, 4, and 6 of the second race; 1, 3, 5, and 7 of the third race. Hot spot points will be added to riders overall point tally. Points go five deep (5,4,3,2,1).
